Wallpaper Lining

I asked Elite Decorating to carry out a ‘rush job’ to get my daughter’s Edinburgh flat ready to put on the market.

The flat had been tenanted, was in need of a major facelift. The job was not easy as they had to work round other tradesmen in a confined space.
